The self catering apartment at Shiloh is a recently completed extension to the Bed and breakfast. The apartment is completely self-contained and has its own entrance. Built and furnished to a very high standard with stunning views over Broadford Bay and surrounding islands of Raasay and Pabay.
The apartment is built over two floors and is ideally suited for a couple.
Accommodation consists of a large bright double bedroom with en-suite facilities upstairs. The oak bed has a very comfortable memory foam mattress. The en-suite has a power shower. Superb sea views can be enjoyed from the bedroom window.
Downstairs you have a large open-plan kitchen/dining and comfortable lounge area. The well equipped kitchen has everything you require including electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, four slice toaster, kettle, slow cooker and dish washer.
You also have a washing machine and ironing facilities which are located in an area of the main part of the apartment which also houses the downstairs toilet and wash hand basin.
The lounge area has two comfy sofas, a 32" LCD TV with Sky TV, DVD player with a selection of DVD's for all ages and an iPod docking station.
There is a raised decking area at the front of the apartment where you can relax with a cold drink and enjoy the lovely sea views and witness some lovely sunsets on an evening.
All linen and towels will be provided and electricity is included in the rental price. A starting supply of household products is provided this includes toilet roll, kitchen roll, tin foil, cling film, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and hand soap.
The apartment is no smoking and no pets are allowed.
Prices start from £80 per night in low season and up to £95 per night in high season.
Minimum let is for a period of 3 nights.

March, April,May, Sep, Oct - £90 per night
June, July, Aug - £95 per night

A deposit of £100 is payable at time of booking and the remainder is due four weeks before arrival of stay. Should a cancellation be made by the client, we will seek to re-let the apartment for the period of hire. Should we be successful in doing this we will refund all monies paid less a handling and re-advertising charge of £20 per weeks booked. If we don't succeed in re- letting Shiloh all payments will be forfeited to us.
